Sorry, but I gotta agree with Kobe. I'm sick and tired of Shaq parading around like the Lakers belong to him, and every one of his teammates are just his *****es. Shaq isn't $%#@ with that attitude. He says Kobe isn't a team player -- that's BS. Kobe is one of the best team players in the league (I'm also reminded of Duncan). He does what he has to do for his TEAM, even if that means passing the ball every two seconds so his teammates have the chance to develop. Shaq does what is necessary for his IMAGE and for another ring.
I think we need Kobe. Do we really need Shaq? Hell, I want him there, but with the way he played last season, and Malone around to muscle, I don't give a damn if Shaq plays the whole season from the locker room.

Kobe may leave the Lakers next year and become a free agent because of all this.

I'm so sick of hearing about Kobe. There's always an update on him, even when nothing is going on. I'm tired of all this spin.

Well he did committ a very serious crime you know... rape is pretty serious... he might be going to jail for life if they can find any more sufficient evidence against good ol Kobe.

That's not what I was saying. I said that I was tired about hearing about Kobe ALL THE TIME on television, even when there's nothing going on. I mean, why do we need an UP TO THE MINUTE report on Kobe when nothing is going on? It's a waste of valuable news time.

You dont know if she said yes or no, so you cant say "he raped her". until more info is discovered none of us can pass judgement on him or the girl he is accused of raping (i cant say victim, because i dont know wether or not it was consensual).

kobe is way a better player..nba analysts have said that if kobe goes to jail and his carrer is disrupted it could be the biggest upset in the nba coz hes well on his way to shattering every record tha exists..even jordans..im not saying hes a better player..hell jordan was magic..he was the nba...but the way kobes stacking up points and championships..and hes so young..about the rape thing..innocent until proven guilty..as for shaq..u cant argue that he doesnt make a diff..why cant they jes kiss and make up...and i wish malone want in the lakers..cant stand the turd

You have to remember Kobe has what? 4 years on Jordan, Kobe started right from High School while Jordan went to College at UNC and then went to the NBA... plus i dont think Kobe is on any pace ro shatter every record that exists... ummm theres WAY too many records for him to even have a small percentage of them nevermind all of them. Kobe screwed up his knee pretty bad... i dont think he wll ever FULLY recover from it, it will linger until it forces him out of the league IF he is not convicted of rape.
