Is there gonna be a UK Trilogy Tuesday?

Hi guys this is my first post and was wondering if any of you had heard any information on a UK Trilogy Tuesday. I've heard rumours about it but I'm waiting for the official news. Any news guys.

Some of us have heard that it is going to be in a few UK cinemas (when we asked the cineams) but nothing official from Newline.
I really dont know whether i will go now if it is as I really dont know whether ROTK would have the same effect if i`d already sat through over 6 hours of film. I think I will probably wait till the 17th!!

I've been contacting British cinema chains over the past few months to try and find out their plans. I don't think there is going be a specific 'Trilogy Tudesday' event as in the US, but a number of cinemas (Warner Village, UCG, UCI) are planning to do the re-releases with a possibility of a midnight showing of ROTK. It will only be in selected theatres though. Obviously it's at the deiscretion of the cinemas though. We don't tend to do these kind of big cinema events in a way that they do in America.

Hopefully we'll know for definite in the next few weeks.

thanks guys.im hopin Warner Village will end up showing the trilogy in 1. If they dont a midnite showing of ROTK would still be pretty cool.
