Ok now there is supost to be a difference between Saurmans uruk hai and Saurons mordor Uruk hai. We already know what Saurman's look like, but Saurons will proly have different armor and look maybe a lil more like orcs. But look at this pic from rotk the uruk hai at the Pelennor field has the same armor as Saurmans in TTT. So do they have different armor or not. but then this shows the Mordor Uruk Hai in different armor then Saurmans

In this pic they have the same as Saurman's.

And then I guess this is a Mordor Uruk Hai

I don't think you should take too much information from those tiny GW figures. We have seen other pictures of Mordor Uraks and they definitely do look different in both armour and faces etc.
As Moose says, you would expect them be similar in look anyway.

I'd hardly say I'm an expert, but if you look at pics from the ROTK game the Mordor Uruks look to have long hair like Saruman's Uruks, but different armour and skull cap kind of helmets. I'll try to find a picture.

I hope this works. It gives you some indication as to how they'll look.

Different armor and different facial features, maybe the only difference in the two. Like it is already been said, orcs are orcs no matter what shape or size.

Ok...
Uruk Hai are the 'engineered' orcs that Saurman came up with and they are not afraid of sunlight, unlike orcs who can die when they come in contact with sunlight.
Orcs are the original 'stuff' of everything by Sauron and all. In the books, Uruk Hai's don't spawn from the ground too -_- unlike the movies.
Uruk-hai's are stronger and bigger, I guess. But no, they aren't exactly the same.

Orcs don't die in sunlight, just get weakened. And they are comparing Saruman Uruk-Hai vs. Mordor Uruk-Hai, not Uruk-Hai vs. Orcs.

Well thats the whole point the drak clouds from Mordor spread out over Minas Tirith so theres no sunlight at all. Not until later when the Rohirrum come and the Witch King dies does some light peak through.
see look at these pics you can see what I mean.

Remember though, in the book, the WitchKing's death is foreshadowed and the Sunlight coming through is the "Heavenly" show that the tide is begining to turn. At least at that point in the story.

Orcs live in Mordor, not Uruk-Hai... Uruk-Hai is just the engineered version of orcs by Saruman. That's to say there're no Uruk-Hai in Mordor.

There are uruks mentioned in the book in Mordor also, though I don't remember exactly which page it might be found.
DA, that orc above is awesome! Is it just a random orc or could it be someone significant?

Orcs are tortured/multilated (however you see it) elves that Sauron used.
Saruman wasn't satisfied with the orcs and so engineered Uruk which are a cross between men (they did not exist a few hundred years ago when Sauron was in power) and tortured elves. They can bear sunlight more and are bigger and stronger.
That's about all I know from past memories from reading, and I honestly don't think there're Uruks in Mordor unless Saruman sent his troops over to help. I'm getting confused now afterall and I might not be right but that's really what I think. *shrugs*

Mordor has their own brand of Uruk-hai that are just called "Uruks". They're more similar to regular Orcs, I'll be betting but more stronger. So, Sauron DOES have Uruks, just a different kind.

Hmm, maybe he discovered humans? Heh... Cos they're mix-species... Which is rather nasty to think of since they are not born from the ground but through normal childbirth!
That brings us to the long-standing never-answered question: Are there female orcs/uruks?

good question Ryvyan. but i've never really thought about that though
