Ive also put this in the general movies place cos it's a general question about a movie ... Who made the clothes that Neo wears in matrix 1?!? it's the set of clothes he wears when he goes to rescue Morpheus, i want shoes coat, the lot, except his underwear:| that can be left to the women's imagination i suppose:S

It might sound generic, but you can go to most big fabric stores, especially now, close to Halloween, and get the patterns for the outfits. If your mommy is a good sew-er like mine, maybe she could make it for you!

Actually buying the clothes he wore to rescue Morpheus is pretty generic to begin with. You don't have to buy official Matrix clothes from it at all.

Black trench coat. Black t-shirt. Black pants. Black boots. Two leg gun holsters. Two under armpit holsters.

There you have it. In fact, I think I have all these items (besides the holsters), already. And if I really wanted to, I could get a pair of cheap Neo sunglasses and i'd be set.

The clothes were specially made for the film. The only ones you'll find are most likely cheap knockoffs.

Read my post mistate. Really, it's not that hard to buy clothes that look simliar to the outfits worn in the Matrix.

It's the outfits in Revolutions and Reloaded that might be hard to imitate.

They've got the sunglasses made by the original company for 240 bucks...Is there anyone crazy enough to spend so much on a pair of sunglasses?

alright, I tried posting this all before but my connection was lost and thusly so was the entire post.

First of all, The original Neo boots weren't made by Airwalk or so I've heard. They just paid to put their logo on them.
Second, The Blinde shades that claim to be the EXACT SAME ONES AS THE ORIGINAL aren't even CLOSE! Neo's were frameless, and guess what?!? Those have FRAMES!!! That alone makes it completely innaccurate.

Ok, let's work from the head down.

Sunglasses. You want cheap but accurate shades, go to www.imposterwear.com Good prices, good service. I've bought from them before, and the shades DO stand up to a bit, but not a massive amount. They don't protect your eyes from the sun that much either.
You want good neo shades that are are about 80% accurate to the movie? Go to sunglass hut (or sunglasshut.com) and look at their vogue collection- they have a pair there that are EXCELLENT and look a damn lot like Neo's. I've been wearing them since may now and they're GREAT. They're only about $40 as well.
Want to go hardcore and get some AWESOME Matrix shades? check out www.brillenladen.de
There should be an english version of the page on there. Good prices for what you get, but the shipping to America is what kills you. All in all, expect to spend around $150+. Available in prescription lenses as well, and those things are DAMN accurate.

Ok, Coats.
www.abbyshot.com
You cannot go wrong. Expensive, yes, but they're INSANELY accurate, made to last, and are custom-fit to you and you alone. VERY friendly people too.
I myself wear a Museum Replicas Neo coat. It's pretty good; cost $110, so I can't complain.

Shoes are kinda open-ended. There's really no OFFICIAL source of matrix shoes at the moment. Neo's kind of look like kenneth coles, but I believe it's been said they're custom made.
