I guess that little figurine of Neo sitting down in the red chair wasn't wrong after all:

This picture is strangley identical. Except his face actually looks real in this one =P. If I can find the model figurine, I'll post it, or if someone else finds it.

Im aware this has been posted already, and yes, it's most definitly a promotional shot. Its not a shot from the film. But if someone can find the picture of the Morpheus standing and Neo sitting figurines. We had a thread on it, and we were discussing how weird it was.

The Neo in this pic still looks kinda like plastic.

Actually his strange appearance, and plasticly look lol, kinda got to me. He has the one foot out and one foot down as well, same as the figurine. It's why im wanting to try to find the picture of the toy.
