Someone also saw that Nab's lookalike hovercraft flying under BLUE (almost sunset) sky at the end of the trailer?
Does someone have any idea of what tha could mean?

Sparks had better have more of an active role in this one. He was quite funny in E.T.M.
they flew above the blackened sky on the way to 01

When Neo and Trinity are flying toward 01, it doesn't look like they're above the blackened skies. Far from it.

Boiiinng: what is the story then? I did a search in the forum but I didnīt found anything new. Does anybody have the answer or just ideas of what could that be?
I really think it can hold the answer to the whole trilogy's story.

No one really has an answer to it yet. Either they simply went above the black clouds, then race down through them. Or the clouds are cleared somewhere, or the machines are just now clearing them.
When searching, search for blue skies. Pretty simple.
Also, I don't think seeing blue skies holds the answer to the whole story. Im not sure why you think that.

I remember in the Animatrix, the skies around 01 were never smoked cause they got shot down.

Well, in the trailer, Neo is in 01, when he's talking to the Deus Ex Machina. And it seems to clear to me that the sky there is also covered by clouds.
I don't remember anywhere in the Matrix that it said that the planes were shot down when going over 01. I assumed the clouds just spread out all over the Earth.
Also, in the trailer when Trinity and Neo are flying along the surface, to 01, there is only clouds in the sky.
The only time we see the moon is when we see a ship racing downward for a second. The clip blacks out right before it hits the bottom of the screen.
So like I said, either the machines clear the skies at some point, and the ship is about to hit the surface. Or simply they went above the clouds, saw the moon, then raced back down through the clouds.

Ok, just confirming that it's most likely that the ship simply went up through the clouds, then saw the sky, then raced back down through the clouds.
You can tell this because the ship is obviously damaged, trailing smoke. The smoke trail is in an arc, coming straight up through the clouds, curving around with them going straight back down.
