Editing the Return of The King Game

I think it would be awesome to edit the upcoming ROTK game.

We could make our own levels/adventures, new characters, new weopons and more.

But I need help.

So if you have any ideas of how to do this, POST!!!

To edit the game we have these files extensions (so far). If anyone knows what they belong to or how to edit PLEASE input:

SCW-Score Writer Document (music score)?

TXW-Yamaha TX16W Wave Files?

Input.ini-controls

rotk.ini-configuration file

the movie files- not sure how to play them too

Any clue where the graphics and levels are stored?

For this to happen I need all your help and support

Uh there already is a rotk video game and its kinda pointless to make up our own game when it will never really excist.

Even if you DID make a game you'd have to find a company to sell it to and make a bagillion copies.....but why would people want to buy another ROTK game? how diffirent could it be...?:confused:

Iam talking about editing the new video game called Return of The King by EA.

Not making a new game.

Editing Return of the king game when it comes out for PC.

So we could make new levels for the game.

Like if you didnt like how Jackson made the story for ROTK you could make a Tolkien themed levels of the story.

Or just make LOTR themed levels within the game.

Or add new characters for the game.

Does anyone understand what Iam talking about?

Thats just an all round stupid as hell thing to come up with. You cant just simply EDIT files to create your own levels, god dammit how thick are you? You actually have to design the levels using software that EA and games producers have, its not just as simple as

"There is a turn in the road where the character must run. CANT GO FURTHER TILL ORCS ARE KILLED!"

Maybe there are level editors that support these files.

or the graphic files to be exported into programs

yeah. first of all, it's spelled "rude".
And second, despite how much you want and may ask for it, EA isn't going to release their tools to you. It just isn't happening.
Sorry, but it's kind of a pointless quest.
I'm telling you this so you don't waste your time on a venture with a fruitless ending.
