i don't think that's 01 now, that's obviously the fields where they grow the humans, and those towers hold the pods where Neo woke up in the first one. the way the production designer described 01 was more mechanically organic, not modern, the only glimpse of 01 that we have seen is when Neo is walking through the orange vine-like canal

When all those bug bombs are approaching Trinity and Neo's ship, and Neo starts malfunctioning them all, they are flying towards 01.

Plus we sorta see 01 when Neo is talking to that head machine, because that's where he is.

The gun lands in Trinity's hand and she cocks it at the Merovingian. And then Seraph swings his gun towards the trainman. And everyone else points their guns at them. A Mexican stand off.

The picture above is the Power Plant.

Yes, Neo and Trinity are flying towards 01, but that is NOT where the robot is that Neo talks to. If you freeze frame the shot you'll see that behind the bot there are the little pods that the babies are made in. Also, when the bot finally shows his face, it isn't a babyface like everyone is saying. It's the face of the greek sun god which watches over fertility of humans, hence why hes at the 'crop' area.
