I remember reading through, a while back, a "time-line" posted in a Newspaper. A Star Wars "time-line". In this it gave away how Padmé dies in the final and darkest chapter of the "new" Star Wars Film's.
According to what I recall reading, she is killed while giving birth. This would make quite a lot of sense, as Anakin Skywalker's path to the Dark-Side began in Episode 2: Attack of the Clones his turning-point would occur here. We all know he is very emotional, as you might remember from his reaction toward his Mother dieing in his arm's.
However there are thing's that would say otherwise, in Episode 6: Return of the Jedi Princess Leia say's she remember's her Mother being very pretty. This of course could be before she dies, and has baby 'Leia in her arm's.
Finally; the scene that would get me to see this Film at the Theatre ( which currently I am thinking of viewing on a rainy Sunday afternoon after the mess made by Episode 2: Attack of the Clones ), is a young Han Solo winning the Millenium Falcon in the race mentioned in Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back.

Problem is Anakin doesn't know he has kids in episode 4 and 5.

Obi Wan: "The Emperor knew as I did that if Anakin were to have any offspring"

If Darth knew chanes are the Emperor would as well.

Throwing Han Solo in there would be horrible. It would feel like a useless tacked on scene just to tie the movies together. It also wouldn't make sense. At the very end of Episode 3, Luke and Leia will be born. In episode 4, Luke and Leia are around 20 years old. I think Han is around 30 in Episode 4, or even younger. Which would make him around 10 years old when he wins the Millenium Falcon. I don't think so. He probably won it in his early 20's, about 10 to 15 years after Episode 3.

If GL wanted too, he could do it. The little blond muppet er moppet won the pod race in Ep1 and he was only 3. So why couldn't Han win a race when he's 10.

Because according to Kris, the Thermal Combopulator that powered the Falcon's hypotiptronic Disdosenducer wasn't invented until 10 years AFTER Luke and Leia were born. And WE all know that the Hypotiprtonic Disdosenducer was what won the race for him...duh...

Han is just a normal human. Nothing special. Anakin has the highest force concentration of any being ever. He was also the only human ever to pod race, so his age had nothing to do with it really. The fact that he was human and pod raced was more significant than the fact that he was really young.

No, he needs C3P0's help for that.

Normal Human!?! He didn't seem like a normal human when he saved Luke's ass from Darth Vader in Ep 3.

I'm sure Han's abilities and true nature will be revealed in Ep 7, just as soon as GL can make up a name for another blood disorder.

Maybe it'll turn out that the Falcon has a time travel device on it and Han will travel back into time when he's like 28 to before Luke and Leia were born and he'll win the race back then?!? Maybe the Hypotiprtonic Disdosenducer powers this time travel device? Huh...what do you have to say to THAT continuity man!!???!

Don't kill me here, I'm not a huge fan, but I like the films. A question has been bugging me for a while (ignore my ignorance) : Does Anakin grow faster than normal people? or does Padme just not grow? I'm confused.

She's 4/5 years older than him.

But what you're commenting on is simply down to the fact they got a new actor for Anakin in Episode II and III.

I believe in TPM, Padme was 14 and Anakin was 9. Ten years passes between TPM and AOTC. In Episode II, Anakin is 19 and Padme is 24. Three years passes between AOTC and ROTS. In the new film, Anakin is 22 and Padme is 27. Something like that. I'm positive I'm correct on Anakin's age in the three films. But I'm not sure about Padme. It's close, but she may have been 13 in TPM.

Mace Windu ages very well too, for that matter. He looks exactly the same in all three films.
