This was brought up sometime back. And yes it makes sense that there might be stuff reflecting in his sunglasses. Is it the stuff mentioned in that little picture? Dunno. They're really big assumptions.

The shot is just for a split second in the trailers when lightning strikes. He's facing Neo in the rain. Could be after the Helicopter scene? Maybe.

But no... it's not stupid. But no it's not new, and has been pointed out before.

We'll see. The stuff mentioned is kind of a stretch though.

To see it just pause the scene where Smith is facing Neo and zoomed in on his upper torso. It's right before he says welcome back, and lightning flashes and a reflection is in his right lense.
