I know they are just movies, at least that's what I keep telling my self but there is one flaw that I've spotted in the story that's a big pester. BTW, I apologise in advance if I'm treading on old ground but I couldn't find a thread relating to this question but I did try!

When Neo confronts the Architect we see on the screens all the various 'One's' who have come and gone from his room, all with their diffeent reactions yet all LOOKING exactly the same physically.

So tell me, if the One's all look the same and if the previous One that freed the current occupiers of Zion looked exactly like Neo why was there any question whether or not Mr Anderson, who looks and sounds just like their previous messiah, need to be questioned let alone searched for when his mere appearance is a dead give away? This goes for the machines also.

Trinity: Hey, doesn't that guy look familiar to you?
Morpehus: Why yes. Yes he does. He's that guy from Bill & Teds Excellent adventure which had then spawned a similiar yet dismal sequel.
Trinity: No, I mean doesn't he look like somebody famous??"
Morpheus: Hmmm, now that you mention it... no." ;)

Those dudes in the screens aren't the previous Ones. The screens show all the possible reactions Neo could make.

besides if he would have looked the same, the agents would have known who they were lookin for the whole time.

Here is another reason why the Ones don't look the same: they are humans jacked into a computer program and no two humans look exactly alike

There are at least a dozen threads where this comes up. A quick read of any of them would have provided several possible answers to your question. Thus the redundancy.

And Bill and Teds Bogus Journey was actually quite brilliant. Unless you used dismal in reference to their battle with death.

It was a farcical opinion I used in something that I thought anybody would be able to see as parody...

Quoting me:
Trinity: Hey, doesn't that guy look familiar to you?
Morpehus: Why yes. Yes he does. He's that guy from Bill & Teds Excellent adventure which had then spawned a similiar yet dismal sequel.
Trinity: No, I mean doesn't he look like somebody famous??"

Quoting end.

I was just making a joke, Terarist. :)

And if you hadn't noticed in my first post, I apologised if I was treading on old ground. I did look but I couldn't find any subject headers that related to what I wanted.

Sorry to offend.

And in regards to my true feelings towards Bill and Ted's adventures through time... Personally, I didn't like either. Morpheus obviously has different tastes to me... kidding!

No probs, Terarist. Taking humour seriously is a good thing... as well as an oxymoron to a degree.

I prefer irony.
