ash is the hero from the evil dead series directed by sam raimi

he uses a modified double barreled shot gun and a chain saw hand to kill demons

he once went back in time to fight an army led by an evil him along with some knights


in part one he wasn't anything special..but he did some good ****

in part 2 he really took control and had to cut his own hand off(replaced with a chain saw)

the movies are titled as follows

evil dead
evil dead 2:dead by dawn
arm of darkness

Now this would be a movie I'd see. Ash is the ultimate badass. However I highly doubt Sam or Bruce would go for it. So I'd put this in the "Not Bloody Likely" pile. Someone at New Line is just hopefull if they're tossing this idea around.

This is stupid. We really don't need some C list actor taking out Freddy and Jason. Since Alice, Nancy, Tommy, and Tina were Freddy and Jasons enemies respectively, it would be fitting to let them return to bury both of them if there is a part 2.
