Do we already know who wins this war in the future? If not, who do you think will win? If the machines win, then it can be an unofficial prequel to the Matrix series.:clown:

Well,the original ending to T2 had judgement Day never occuring.
But it's implied that we'll win,eventually.

Yeah we win...Kyle states that we had won.....
Im pretty sure the future scene in T3 where John is cheering is the end of the war....That many humans standing in one spot is asking to be bombed or Terminated....but they seem perfectly happy....I mean he was standing on a down-ed HK...i doubt they get all happy like that over bringing down 1 HK....

Maybe not anymore...John died...But now it can be changed the Terminator doesnt have to kill him...It only has to be captured...
So before T3....No maybe we lost..After T3 yes i believe we win...

my memory is fuzzy..i remeber kyle saying that john broke into the machine defense system making the humans get th advantage and the machines didn't kill john then because there would be no point.

i think the terminator kill john in the future because they were just really pissed at him..i mean u try so hard to kill this one dude so u send a robot to go do it now just for your satisfaction assuming the other robot will go back in time and kill him.

anyway since john is in a different situation and knows of his future he might screw up

he doesn't know what to do..he might second guess his choices..people might not listen to him...we saw in T3 that he doubted himself..then again he did take the mic and say he was in charge..but is that really enough?

There is the fact that they avoided Judgement Day the first time round so that could've altered the future in some way and also the deaths of 3 of his future lieutenants could play a factor

No as theoretically speaking John would have ceased to exist...we can assume Kyle is sent back and that all is fine.
