Plot Summary: The original film hit theaters in 1984 and starred Steven Martin as an attorney who, thanks to the madcap plan of dying millionairess (Lily Tomlin), winds up having his body half-inhabited by her soul and the pair are forced to work together to make things right.

The new screenplay is said to reverse the genders of the main characters, having a man's soul inhabit a woman's body.
