Plot Summary: Michael Fassbender has plans to star as Cu Chulainn, the Irish warrior of Celtic mythology. The legendary tales of Chulainn date back to roughly the 7th century and were collected in Ireland's "The Ulster Cycle" in the 8th. An epic warrior, many of Chulainn's more famous tales focus on the character at a much younger age than Fassbender. As such, details are few as to which Chulainn tales might become the focus of the film version.
