Plot Summary:
Lawn Bowls may not be the most popular sport in the world, but for Cliff Starkey it's his number one passion in life. With an interminable life spent toiling away in a dead end office job, Cliff finds a release in Lawn Bowls, something which he's excelled at since a little kid. Although the elderly Bowls don't take kindly to Starkey and his unorthodox methods, he soon hooks up with an agent, and adds a touch of rebelliousness to the sport. With an adoring set of female fans and a reckless lifestyle, Starkey revolutionizes Lawn Bowls, but faces some stiff professional competition as he rises through the ranks. Another deliciously silly slice of comedy from the National Lampoon's team, this is a great addition to their canon of films.
