Plot Summary: Based on the book "Furious Love: Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton and the Marriage of the Century," by Sam Kashner and Nancy Schoenberger.

Taylor and Burton began their romance on the set of "Cleopatra" while both were married to other spouses at the time, triggering a massive wave of of press coverage that lasted for the next 15 years. After both divorced their respective spouses, they were married in 1964, divorced in 1974, remarried in 1975 and divorced again in 1976.

"Furious Love" was written with access to Burton's diaries and private writings along with the consent of Taylor and Burton's widow Sally.
