Plot Summary:
"Metropia" is a visually stunning animated noir which takes place in the year 2024. All of Europe is united by a vast web of underground railways, populated by an army of oppressed worker bees.
Whenever main character Roger from Stockholm enters this system, he hears a stranger’s voice in his head. He looks to the mysterious Nina to help him escape the disturbing web of the Metro, but the further they travel, the deeper he’s involved in a dark, Orwellian conspiracy.
"Metropia" is done with the use of advanced animation produced specifically for the creation of this film. A typical "Metropia" character contains over 80 layers that can be animated and controlled.
