Plot Summary: An ecological action horror set in a terrifying post-apocalyptic world, but this time it looks to be a very British affair with the main protagonists in "The Drought" faced with a world running out of water.

The script details the story of a desperate couple who have avoided the mass exoduses and eked out an existence in their suburban home. They head for London in a last-ditch attempt to find the water they badly need to save themselves and their ailing daughter. What they encounter along the way forces them into a bloody battle for survival.
