Plot Summary: "Predators" follows a group of elite warrior-types who are being hunted by members of a race of merciless alien trackers called Predators.

Adam Brody is a man who ends up inheriting the mantle of leader and is known as a hunter of men. Topher Grace would play an accountant-type whose unassuming facade masks a dangerous serial killer.

Alice Braga is the tough female killer. Mahershalalhashbaz Ali is a man not afraid to die, Walton Goggins is the loose canon of the group and Oleg Taktarov is a former Russian special ops agent.

Danny Trejo is Cuchillo, a hardened warrior with twin uzis strapped to his back.

I've actually head it called a "Reboot", the term "Remake" in this case might be misinterpreted as they might not actually be doing a Remake, but rather a spin off or even a direct sequel as the term "Reboot" can mean anything and not necessarily mean "Remake".

Rodriguez could take this in any direction, and he's been given "Creative Licence". Which means that he could (and probably will) approach this in a very different way than it was originally.

Jeez give it a chance, it's not even out yet and you guys hate it already. For me I thinks it's a cool idea, just the title "Predators" sounds BA. Maybe they will show some female Predators. Can't wait.

Its rodriguez, just have faith. Its not going to be some puzzy aZZ predator that looks like someone in a suit, they going to make it bloody, violent, and ruthless like the originals and if they don't they're f**ked

Just as long as they carry on with the franchies, there is no need for a reboot or remake of 2 totally wicked movies. it's not like hulk to incredible hulk.

Were are updates on the coolest project that he could make: Red Sonja. He should be directing it and not that moron who has done terrible movies. What's the matter? Rose Mcgowan is not sucking his d&ck and swallowning his c#m like she did at the audition for Grind House.

Robert Rodriguez would rather direct this and those crappy fast food kids movies than Red Sonja. What a bunch of bullsh#t. Why doesn't he grow his balls back and make an awesome epic movie.

The first Predator movie is going to be hard to pass. I will admit that it will be ten times better than the last two since Robert is a proven action director.

But, Red Sonja was not a hit and not epic and Robert could come in and make it like Lord of the Rings except with a lot of f#cking and blood which come with a great R movie.

I think there calling it a "reboot" and not a "remake". A reboot would be the best thing for the franchise because a lot of the "younger" generation probably only Predator from the AVP movies and that's not the best representation of the character. Some may have seen the original but in this day of computer effects running the movies some may look at the original and think the special effects sucked but they were awesome for its time.

My favorite thing about this is the title... PREDATORS... plural... hoping for the best on this
