Wtf? I was in this play and I have read the book, and let me tell you, this adaptation of the classic tale is going to be a total fail
There is no Grandmother, it's supposed to be a Nana

I just watched the trailer and while I probably won't see it in the theatre I'll be looking forward to seeing it on dvd. Since it is directed by Michael Landon Jr. I hope that means that our store will be selling it. Sounds like a Dove award winner to me!

you can sometimes tell how bad a movie is going to be based on the narrator for the movies trailer, and every movie that that narrator does the trailer for blows. straight to dvd :)

i am sure this movie is not made for people like you, i believe it's for children under the age of 10. we all read this book as a kid so don't knock , because there is an audience for this type of film , not everyone wants their kids to see SAW V or PUNISHER those should have gone straight to dvd.

Looks interesting. My wife loves this book. Some folks need to remember tht not all studios have multi-million dollar budgets. And they aim for their target audience. Will it be a huge movie? Probably not. Will it be fun? Have to wait and see.

I was happy at first to see that they're making a new movie.
But they completely changed the story around from the looks of it =(
So I doubt I'll see it now...
