OMG yes, it's about time. I've loved this guy's work for a long time now. Ever since I was little and saw Princess Mononoke, made me go out and watch all his other features. This is a must see for 2009.

I too love Miyazaki's films, but I like to see them in the original Japanese. I certainly hope that, as with Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle, Disney releases the Japanese language version in lucky cities alongside the star-studded voice cast US version. Thank goodness that on DVD both language tracks are included, hope that's the case for Ponyo's eventual DVD release

I'm pretty doubtful about the Disney Channel actors, because it seems that they want to keep everything to the same family...
Like how ALL of the Jonas Brothers are famous O_o And the whole Cyrus family : Billy Ray, Miley, and now Noah.
The only reason I'm going to see this film is because it was written and directed by Miyazaki. No other reason.
Still. It looks pretty good.
