Plot Summary: Samuel L. Jackson is set to star as the bad guy in the remake of Berry Gordy's 1985 cult classic "The Last Dragon." Jackson will play Sho'nuff, the Shogun of Harlem, a role played in the original by the late Julius Carry.

The updated plot will be along the same lines of the original, centering on young martial arts student Leroy Green in his quest through the streets of New York to achieve the highest level of martial arts accomplishment, known as the Last Dragon. Those who achieve the high ranking possess the Glow, making them the greatest fighter alive.

I would like to take the time out to give my piont of veiw about The Last Dragon. I love the movie the way it is. There really should not be a remake.Im watching the movie right now as we speak. My son and daughter loves this movie and they are 6 and 8. That should say something. Now on the other hand if it happens I think that Danny Devito should play Eddie Arkadian. He will be good for that part. Now as for Laura Charles PLEASE DO NOT PICK BEYONCE, CHRISTINA MILIAN, CIARA or any other singers that are out rigth now. Do not get me wrong they all are very talented women. This movie needs a new face. Leroy you would really need someone new also. He has to be young well fit and easy on the eyes and last but not least, he has to know all of the moves. I think that Jackie Chan or Jet Li for the role of Leroy's teacher.

I think the dude who played Sweetness on Roll Bounce should play Leroy and somebody new and fresh should play Laura Charles and Danny Devito would make a good Eddie Arcadian.

LOL this is gonna be either really good or really bad. I wonder who will play Taimak. Too bad Jaden Smith isn't older, he may do well depending on Kung Fu Kid..
