Plot Summary:
Cheech Marin will direct and star in the dramedy "Angel of Oxnard." The story centers on Angel Mejias (Marin), the voice of Oxnard's version of the Home Shopping Network, who finds himself in the middle of a worldwide media storm when his face appears on a tortilla.
