Plot Summary: A remake of the 2007 Danish film "De fortabte sjaeles o."

The story centers on a suburban teen who finds herself a central player in a centuries-old battle between good and evil when her younger brother is possessed by the benevolent spirit of an 18th century magician.

Not to be confused with the 1932 film of the same name starring Charles Laughton and Bela Lugosi - that film was later remade as "The Island of Dr. Moreau" in 1977 then again in 1996.
