Plot Summary: "Bob" centers on a thirtysomething guy who hates musicals and wakes up to find his entire life has become one. Tony-winning and Oscar-nominated composer-lyricist Marc Shaiman is writing the movie's songs.

Disney bought Mike Bender's (brother of producer Chris) original pitch in 2004. Since then, John August (Tim Burton's "Corpse Bride") and Jon Lucas and Scott Moore did their song-and-dance on the script.
