Is there any news on a release date/trailer for this movie? Even a rating? IMDB lists it in post production so surely it cant be too far away

I'm a fan of Robert E. Howard's work. I'm really excited about this. Kinda looks like Lord of the Rings meets Van Helsing meets Brotherhood of the Wolf.

This movie looks awesome. I'm hoping it will fill the void of epic action movies left since the completion of LOTR.

Coverage - I completely agree about the LOTR/Van Helsing cross

A professional comic artist friend told me about a Solomon Kane film being made, to which I was excited being a Robert E. Howard fan, but I knew there was going to be some kid on here to bring up either Van Helsing or Vampire Hunter D as comparisons. Which is typical since none of them have probably read even comic book adaptions of Solomon Kane stories other than watching movies. Being a Pagan I still would suffer through the "god/christianity" aspect of the movie because I like the character and Howard so much. Remember people that as someone else said before, without Solomon Kane there would be no Sommer's Van Helsing or the look of D.
