Can't wait. This will be an amazing movie if it's anything like book. Creepy, horrific, great dialog, and Viggo Mortenson.

If Viggo brings the acting intesity that he brought to the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Eastern Promises this will be an amazing movie. I hope the desperation and hauntingness of the book translates to the screen. Can't wait. Loved the book.

If there is a woman in the movie then they have strayed from the book. The book is about a man and his son!!! Just a few references to the mother of the son. I hope they stay true to the book!!!!!

Viggo is AWESOME!!!! I haven't read the book yet but i'm curious to see what it is about. Nothing is bad with viggo in it, besides Hidalgo maybe. I'm all for thrillers.

This is going to be quite a challenge for the screen writers.I read the book and it was the most scariest book that I've ever read because that is what the world would most likely be like if a disaster on a global scale was to ever happened like that.

Excellent Book, If they keep true to the book and don't try to "Hollywood" it for the big screen this has a potential to be the sleeper hit of 2008

They should have intensified the movie a little, instead of using a man made apocalypse they should have written about how are people going to live at the end of 2012.. when we have super solar storms, magnetic pole shift, tsunamis twice the size of the empire state, alpha and gamma radiation cooking our earth, mega earthquakes, nuclear power plants melting and realesing fallout into the earth.. this is the real deal it has happened before.. many times. stuff that our beloved uncle S doesn't want you worrying about or preparing yourself for. IGNORANCE IS BLISS.
