Plot Summary: Producer Jerry Bruckheimer brings his first 3-D film to the big screen with "G-Force," a comedy adventure about the latest evolution of a covert government program to train animals to work in espionage. Armed with the latest high-tech spy equipment, these highly trained guinea pigs discover that the fate of the world is in their paws. Tapped for the G-Force are guinea pigs Darwin (voice of Sam Rockwell), the squad leader determined to succeed at all costs; Blaster (voice of Tracy Morgan), an outrageous weapons expert with tons of attitude and a love for all things extreme; and Juarez (voice of Penelope Cruz), a sexy martial arts pro; plus the literal fly-on-the-wall reconnaissance expert, Mooch, and a star-nosed mole, Speckles (voice of Nicolas Cage), the computer and information specialist.

Directed by two-time Oscar®-winning visual effects master Hoyt Yeatman—"G-Force" takes audiences on a high-octane thrill ride, proving once and for all that size really doesn't matter.

imdb says that this is going to be a bunch of guinea pigs that are trained to protect the world. WTF...I wont be going to this one, now if it had been based on the original G-Force/Battle os the Planets I would already be in line

i don't ever remember the G-force squad dropping everything like...i don't know....saving the universe from total destruction and going to save some damn whale or bear, When the hell did they go animal activist? WARNING...WARNING, Hollywood is about to screw up again. Grab your wife and kids and anything that can be declared carry-on and get the hell outta dodge.

For those of you who are looking for the G-Force we all remember, check Gatchaman. It also comes out in 09.

Too bad they are going to make it out to be a joke. They should take notes from Marvel and try to make it a serious movie. I can tell already they are going to try to make it a comedy. That really sucks I loved the cartoon as a kid.

This is different...G-Force/Battle of the Planets/Eagle Riders is the American version of Gatchaman - which is hitting theaters in 2009 and being developed by Imagi Animation Studios. This "G-Force" is a totally different movie by Disney.
