Plot Summary:
"Management" is a romantic comedy that chronicles a chance meeting between Mike Cranshaw (Steve Zahn) and Sue Claussen (Jennifer Aniston). When Sue checks into the roadside motel owned by Mike's parents in Arizona, what starts with a bottle of wine "compliments of management" soon evolves into a multi-layered, cross-country journey of two people looking for a sense of purpose. Mike, an aimless dreamer, bets it all on a trip to Sue's workplace in Maryland – only to find that she has no place for him in her carefully ordered life. Buttoned down and obsessed with making a difference in the world, Sue goes back to her yogurt mogul ex-boyfriend Jango (Woody Harrelson), who promises her a chance to head his charity operations. But having found something worth fighting for, Mike pits his hopes against Sue's practicality, and the two embark on a twisted, bumpy, freeing journey to discover that their place in the world just might be together.

Oddly enough I do watch old movies and the formula they used (As I already mentioned) is a gorgeous leading lady and a equally good-looking leading man. This worked for decades until around the late 60's into the 70's and 80's. This is about the time Jack Nicholson (not hot. great actor) hit the scene. Dennis Hopper chronicles the change in leading men in a documentary about the history of acting. I apologize I don't recall the name of the documentary. Dennis Hopper actually gives a name chronicling the change in acting formulas for leading men.
Have you noticed why most of your "Hot" list of Actors don't get the big role in these movies. Its cuz they Freakin suck! Half of them haven't even established themselves as experienced actors yet. So yes they might make you cream your jeans, but directors want men who will make there movie money, and win awards. So you can continue watching Into the Blue and the fast and the furious while we all watch movies worth our time.
Just because YOU see a movie to "have fun with fantasy" doesn't mean that's the case for all other women. Movies CAN be a place for fantasy, and that's fine. It's great!! But it doesn't necessarily mean that that's why I'M there. It's not everyone's purpose. So if this movie doesn't hold up to your fantasy standard, just don't see it! Go rent 27 Dresses (honestly, not saying this in a condescending way, as I did really love that movie).
I'd also like to add that your list of "not hot dudes" is way off base. Luke Wilson? Paul Rudd? Seriously? Two of my favorite actors, and they are definitely hot.
