Plot Summary: "I was born under unusual circumstances." And so begins "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," adapted from the 1920s story by F. Scott Fitzgerald about a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards: a man, like any of us, who is unable to stop time. We follow his story, set in New Orleans from the end of World War I in 1918, into the 21st century, following his journey that is as unusual as any man's life can be. Directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett with Taraji P. I can't believe nobody's commented on this yet. Brad Pitt teams with David Fincher yet again. Should be golden, particularly with such a weird plot. Doesn't really seem like something Fincher would do, which makes it sound all the more intriguing.

Hmm. Lots of reunions. Pitt and Fincher (Seven, Fight Club). Pitt and Blanchett (Babel). Pitt and Ormond (Legends of the Fall). 3 Oscar nominees (Pitt, Blanchett and Swinton), 2 of them winners. Interesting story. Could be good.

Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett are in this film, and I really love the rest of this cast. I smell an Oscar for either Brad Pitt or Cate Blanchett. Fix the sound, mike-check one two! My words speak volumes over the airwaves!

wow. this should be awesome. read the book already, too. Its def. not very fincher, however.
i trust he'll do what ever it is he can to make it as good as the rest of his collection.

I love Brad Pitt. He does not get the credit he deserves. He has such a range as an actor. No two roles have been the same. That a lot said considering the number of movies he has made. I have not read the book. I will before the movie comes out. I am waiting with baited breath to see the trailer. This seems like such a new kind of role for him.
