Plot Summary: From Platinum Dunes and director Marcus Nispel ("The Texas Chainsaw Massacre") comes a re-imagining of the classic horror film "Friday the 13th."

Searching for his missing sister, Clay heads up to the eerie woods of legendary Crystal Lake, where he stumbles on the creaky remains of rotting old cabins that lie in wait behind moss-covered trees.

And that's not the only thing hiding under the brush.

Against the advice of police and cautions from the locals, Clay pursues what few leads he has, with the help of a young woman he meets among a group of college kids up for an all-thrills weekend. But they are about to find much more than they bargained for.

Little do they know, they've entered the domain of one of the most terrifying specters in American film history—the infamous killer who haunts Crystal Lake, armed with a razor-sharp machete... Jason Voorhees.

I just want to know if Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th 7-10) will be playing Jason again. I know he was piss they passed on him to do "Freddy vs Jason". I asked him why they didn't use him and he didn't know. The guy that played Jason in "Freddy vs. Jason" was a goof.

The last comment is awesome... Is it really that hard to walk around with a knife while wearing a hockey mask.. breathe heavy.. die at the end only to be resurrected for a sequel? Yeah, I'd be pissed off too. hehehe

Ack! Deranged, oh yes masked, serial killer with some sort of Oedipus syndrome... Run for the hills this movie is gonna suck! :P

Marcus Nispel needs to get his crew back from "Pathfinder" is shoot this movie. I didn't think "Pathfinder" was that good, but the atmosphere of that film was cool.

this friday the 13th remake will be great but I don't think Ken Kirzenger or Kane Hodder would be Jason only one guy I saw u will be great for Jason (Michael Bailey Smith) cause in the hills have eyes I thought u look just like Jason can't wait to get people like him in it even Jason's mother and father
