Plot Summary: In 1692, in the Ipswich Colony of Massachusetts, five families with untold power formed a covenant of silence. One family, lusting for more, was banished - their bloodline disappearing without a trace. Until now.

Directed by Renny Harlin and written by J.S. Cardone, "The Covenant" tells the story of the Sons of Ipswich, four young students at the elite Spenser Academy who are bound by their sacred ancestry. As descendants of the original families who settled in Ipswich Colony in the 1600's, the boys have all been born with special powers. When the body of a dead student is discovered after a party, secrets begin to unravel which threaten to break the covenant of silence that has protected their families for hundreds of years.

Is there going to be a Covenant 2? if not then there should be the first movie was so good i went out and bought it the first chance i got they ended the movie so that there could be another movie if they wanted to make one

I agee the movie is great, I think there should be a 2nd. I even have an idea fo a pt II. I love the main characters but should focus on caleb,,,well, like i said i havea great idea, I love writing and thinking of story lines.

I absolutely loved this movie! They should most definitely come out with a sequel. Steven Strait's hotness alone would get millons of girls in the theater to see it; add on that great plot and BOOM, you got a hit haha.

They Should Totally Make The Covenant 2!!!
I LOVED the Movie
All the Characters were awesome,and Steven(Caleb)is Hot,So Yeah all we can do is hope they make a second one!
I Heard that someone said their Making The Covenant 2,and it's coming out this YEAR. Im Not Sure if it's true or not
