We’ve got two different special feature clips to kick off the week. In the top player below, you can explore the true history behind Discovery Channel‘s true miniseries, Harley and the Davidsons. Just below that, we’ve got a look at a much more recent chapter in American history with a peek at today’s Digital HD release of Oliver Stone’s Snowden.

Other recent big screen releases coming home December 13 include Timur Bekmambetov’s new take on Ben-Hur, Stephen Frears’ acclaimed biopic Florence Foster Jenkins (starring Meryl Streep in what could very well become her latest Oscar nod), director Luke Scott’s feature film debut, the sci-fi thriller Morgan, Tim Burton’s latest cinematic wonder, Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children, and David Ayer’s DC Comics supervillain ensemble, Suicide Squad.

New releases for December 13 also include the trilogy-capping Bridget Jones’s Baby, the Barack and Michelle Obama “origin story” Southside with You, and the dark comedy sequel Klown Forever.

You can also catch Steven Seagal as a mall cop in the action thriller End of a Gun, watch Trace Adkins as a wild west highwayman in Stagecoach: The Texas Jack Story, see The Game explore LA history in the A&E original film Streets of Compton, and have a holiday time loop adventure in the direct-to-DVD Christmas All Over Again.

The Criterion Collection pays tribute to two very different cinematic masters. Look for both John Huston’s classic noir heist tale The Asphalt Jungle and for Federico Fellini’s 1972 love letter to his home, Roma. Both debut in the collection with their first-ever HD releases.

Some lesser-seen films get the HD treatment December 13. Cohen Media Group releases David Miller’s 1952 thriller Sudden Fear (starring Joan Crawford), while The Film Detective brings to Blu-ray the 1975 Oscar-winning documentary The Man who Skied Down Everest.

Shout! Factory has its own double serving of Collector’s Edition titles. Look for both Bob Clark’s 1974 holiday horror classic Black Christmas and for Joseph Ruben’s 1984 fantasy sci-fi adventure Dreamscape to join the Scream Factory lineup.

Arrow Films, meanwhile, debuts a special edition of the horror anthology sequel Creepshow 2 as well as a special edition of Abel Ferrara’s gory cult hit, The Driller Killer.

Small-screen titles coming home December 13 include the complete American Gothic, the complete Legend of Korra and, getting a Blu-ray re-release, the complete Twilight Zone, which includes all five seasons of Rod Serling’s groundbreaking anthology series. There’s also the second season of Fear the Walking Dead and, sure to be a hit with fans, Star Trek: The Roddenberry Vault, offering up new archival footage that hasn’t been released for nearly half a century.

Titles debuting on Digital HD this week in addition to the aforementioned Snowden include the psychosexual thriller When the Bough Breaks and American Honey, the latest from Academy Award winning filmmaker Andrea Arnold.

You can check out cover art for all the December 13 releases in the gallery viewer below alongside a listing of each release’s special features (where applicable).
