Buena Vista Home Entertainment’s Hidalgo, starring Viggo Mortensen, raced to the top of Nielsen VideoScan’s First Alert DVD and VHS sales charts, and landed at No. 5 on Video Store magazine’s list of top rentals for the week ending Aug. 8.
The Jennifer Garner comedy 13 Going on 30, from Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment, made $14.6 million in rentals for the week, which brought the film to the top of the chart.
