Fool’s Gold Finds Treasure on DVD

Warner Home Video’s Fool’s Gold topped the national home video sales and rental charts in the week ending June 22, besting two other new theatrical releases that also arrived in stores last week, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The film handily won the No. 1 position on the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart. Universal’s Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins debuted at No. 2. The third spot went to Warner’s The Bucket List, last week’s top seller.

“Gold” also topped Home Media Magazine’s video rental chart for the week, with Fox’s Jumper remaining at No. 2 for the second consecutive week. “Bucket List” slipped from No. 1 the previous week to No. 3. “Roscoe Jenkins” debuted at No. 4 on the rental chart.

Jumper was the No. 1 Blu-ray Disc seller for the week, narrowly outpacing “Gold.”
