There’s also the recently-released IP Man 3, available this week as part of an IP Man Trilogy Steelbook collection.

The Criterion Collection this week brings to Blu-ray Kaneto Shindo’s poetic, dialogue free drama The Naked Island. Shindo is already represented in the collection by 1964’s Onibaba and 1968’s Kuroneko.

Kino Lorber then delivers a Blu-ray of the star studded 1968 cult classic, Candy.

Small screen titles arriving May 17 include the third season of Orange is the New Black and, on DVD only, a complete series set for both Xena: Warrior Princess and Power Rangers: Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.

Alex Proyas’ fantasy epic Gods of Egypt debuts via Digital HD this week in advance of its DVD and Blu-ray release on May 31. Also hitting Digital HD this week is complete fifth (and penultimate) season of HBO‘s Girls and, arriving this Friday, May 20, the feature film Hard Sell, starring Katrina Bowden and Kristin Chenoweth.
