VIEW THE 2013 COMIC-CON GALLERY!


After wowing the crowd in Hall H last night with footage and the cast of their upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy (which you can read all about it by clicking here), Marvel has put up some of the props and costumes for the film at their booth today. You can check out some photos of them in the gallery including Drax the Destroyer's knives, Star-Lord's element guns and helmet, and more!

Marvel Studios' Comic-Con panel last night (read full recap) was filled with new footage from Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy. Joss Whedon also got surprised the audience with the announcement that the sequel to Marvel's The Avengers will be titled Avengers: Age of Ultron.

For just about every Comic-Con International in San Diego for the past few years, Marvel Studios has taken the plum Saturday night position in order to bring the most excitement to the gathering throng and they almost always have lots of surprises to offer. This year, SuperHeroHype/ComingSoon.net got on the phone a couple hours before the anticipated Marvel Studios panel to try to get some sort of preview of what to expect, but having spoken to Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige many times in the past, including earlier this year, we knew that we wouldn't be able to get the surprises out of him so we focused on a few other questions we had for him.

With the panel having just wrapped up, Marvel Studios has just debuted another beautiful piece of concept art for their upcoming film Guardians of the Galaxy. Featuring the five main characters (Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Groot, and Rocket Raccoon), you can check it out below.

After their panel at Hall H in San Diego Comic-Con, 20th Century Fox has just revealed the first image from the upcoming Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Featuring Caesar and some of his best friends, you can check it out below!



At the Marvel Studios panel in Hall H, writer/director Joss Whedon took to the stage to announce that the official title for the sequel to The Avengers will be Avengers: Age of Ultron! Whedon also revealed a brief logo teaser for the film and here's the description from our own Silas Lesnick.
