Twentieth Century Fox turned a lot of heads at its CinemCon presentation last week with the first-ever reveal of footage from their upcoming The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, directed by Ben Stiller and starring Stiller, Sean Penn, Kristen Wiig, Adam Scott, Patton Oswalt and Shirley MacLaine.

The final studio to present at 2013's CinemaCon, Lionsgate films celebrated a record-breaking 2012 by debuting the first-ever trailer for the forthcoming Ender's Game, set for release on November 1 in 2D theaters and in IMAX. Fans will be able to catch the trailer on the big screen before May's Star Trek Into Darkness.

20th Century Fox launched the final day of CinemaCon with a look at its diverse 2013 slate. Starting with the animated projects coming up from their Blue Sky Studios, Fox unveiled a new Blue Sky logo that will debut in theaters with the forthcoming Epic. The new version features Ice Age's Scrat climbing up a blue surface which, when the shot pulls back, is revealed to be the edge of the "B" in the word "Blue."

Proudly coming out its biggest year ever (having grossed $4.4 billion in 2012), Sony Pictures took to the CinemaCon stage and previewed its full 2013 slate (and teased a few 2014 releases as well). Rather than show off full scenes, the presentation opted to showcase trailers instead.

First announced before the original even hit theaters, Sony Pictures has set 21 Jump Street 2 for release in 2014, it was revealed today at the studio's CinemaCon presentation. There's no specific date listed as of yet, but a logo was included as part of Sony's 2014 slate.

Day three of CinemaCon began this morning with a preview of the upcoming slate from The Walt Disney Studios, a name given for the combined output from Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, DreamWorks, Disney Animation and Disney proper.

Walt Disney Pictures and Lucasfilm announced today at CinemaCon in Las Vegas that Star Wars: Episode VII will hit theaters in the summer of 2015 and that every summer after that will offer a "Star Wars" film, alternating with one of the standalone films.

Warner Bros. launched their CinemaCon panel this evening with a preview of their entire 2013 slate, including Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby, Todd Phillips' The Hangover Part III, Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, Noam Murro's 300: Rise of an Empire, James Wan's The Conjuring, Rawson Marshall Thurber's We're the Millers, Denis Villeneuve's Prisoners, Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity and Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.

Universal Pictures opened the second day of CinemaCon with extended looks at five of their major upcoming 2013 releases, including R.I.P.D., 2 Guns, Kick-Ass 2, Despicable Me 2 and and Fast & Furious 6.

Vin Diesel just announced at CinemaCon that Universal Pictures has set a July 11, 2014 release date for Fast & Furious 7! No other movie is scheduled for that date, but Maleficent opens a week earlier and X-Men: Days of Future Past is scheduled for the week after.
